They had tea, and complementary bits for breakfast and a mini fridge. The location was okay. We walked for 30 minutes from the station with our suitcases, but we got a taxi back to the train station. So it wasn't the best location, but it was on the very long (main) road which had all the shops and restaurants. It was average priced room and the room was smaller than the other ones we stayed at in italy. Sorrento was lovely though!
The shower was tiny and there were no lifts. My poor boyfriend carried up 2 suitcases up 3 flights of stairs.

Emanuela was fantastic, she made our stay very pleasant and helped us immensly as we were stuck in Italy due to the cancellation of flights. The hotel itself was very clean and nicely decorated and very handy for the town of Sorrento. Many of the hotels in this area are a long way out of town, so it was good to be right in the middle.
The noise from traffic was evident, but given the excellent location, this was acceptable

We had such a perfect stay at a conveniently located hotel in Sorrento. The rooms were bright, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and provided us with helpful suggestions for places to eat. The snacks they provided were a nice touch and came in handy during our bus ride on the Amalfi Coast. Despite the noise from the street and a gas station view, we would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

we loved having an apartment for ourselves. plenty of room to stretch out, breakfast on our own little table with great blue chairs, a nicely stocked kitchen. I particularly want to mention Emanuela, she was super helpful and a delight to work with when my granddaughter's bag had not arrived on the flight to Rome - she went out of her way to try to locate it (we finally got it in Florence after 12 days absence!). Air conditioning was a blessing during the hot weather!
Very little was bad. When we asked for the lights to work on either side of the beds upstairs -= they were immediately fixed. The 60 some steps up to the apartment were a bit tough for me (a grandmother !) but the young didn't mind at all.

Great location, clost to everything. Friendly staff that spoke English. Very colorful mediteranean room with big windows.
Windows had no seal so it was really noisy inside room on a saturday night. Heard honking, cars, and ppl all night.

Exceptional service! The receptionist went above and beyond, staying late to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was lovely, although no elevator. I highly recommend this hotel.

I found the hotel quite nice. Excellent location and an attentive staff. Ideal for exploring the charming town of Sorrento and organize tours of the surroundings.
The only negative thing is the noise from the hotel because the rooms are on a very busy street.

Very good location, nice people.
Traffic noise, but this is a common problem in this area, and I am sure all the other hotels were just as noisy, and a lot more expensive.

We loved our stay at Diana City! the staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we had a smooth arrival, even allowing us to check in early. the hotel's location at the end of the Main Street was perfect, as everything we wanted to see and do was right at our doorstep. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. We also appreciated the daily replenishment of our breakfast basket.
Felt like a true getaway, nothing to complain about.

Lady on reception speaks english that is very rare in Italy. Hotel is near the city center, clean room.
Not enough hot water in the bathroom in the morning - one of us always was without shower. Breakfast was very poor and late.
